Our Founder
A software engineer by trade and passionate bowler since 1997, Nev Rodda brings a lifetime of lawn bowls experience to Torny. Having competed at the highest levels including Australian and New Zealand championships, the Australian Silver Tier Squad in 2010, and representing Victoria in 2011, Nev combines technical expertise with deep sports knowledge. Through years of competition and coaching, he's shared techniques like "The Shooter Stance" that have helped many bowlers improve their game.
Through his YouTube channel for lawn bowls coaching, Nev has dedicated his time to helping bowlers improve their skills and reach their full potential. His blend of software engineering expertise and coaching experience drives Torny's mission to empower players through innovative Ai-powered training technology and quality coaching content.
